What is your return policy?

All sales are final, no refunds. If you have an issue with your item please email me jetcu.stomshop@gmail. 

How do I order?

Go to the 'Order' tab at the top of our website. Here you can see all the products we currently offer. Click the items you would like to add to your cart and make customizations on the way! Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email. You must pay before your order is started. You can not change your order after it has been started/made.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cashapp $Jada0627, Paypal, or Apple Pay. You must pay for your items before anything is made. We do NOT accept cash unless you are in the Evansville, IN area and want to drop off money before your keychain is made. We will not make or hold anything for anyone without payment.

How long is processing time?

Processing time for handmade products is 2-4 days (depending on demand). Your order will not be started until payment is received. Once the order is completed you will be sent a photo and your tracking information (if shipped).
